Our pricing structure
We want to make our pricing structures as flexible and transparent as possible so that you can calculate as accurately as possible already at the beginning of our cooperation, the question of the emerging legal and consulting costs .
Fixed fees / project fees
Where it is legally permissible and possible, we offer fixed prices , so you know exactly how much a job or project will cost. In such fixed fees, we clearly define the scope of the job , what services are included . We do not want you to experience unpleasant surprises when the invoice is shown.
Predictive ongoing advice
We also offer the opportunity for a fixed low monthly amount that we determine together on a sample phase , a number of different legal services by telephone or email to retrieve continuously . If interested, simply arrange an informal initial consultation with our partners.
Hourly rates
We also offer traditionally fees based on fixed " hourly rates " work. These hourly rates are billed by 10 minutes steps and monitored in the monthly report. Litigation
Legal disputes are always settled on the basis of legally fixed fees listed in the RVG . Additional fees are not covered here.
